Our Technology: The Incomesify platform, including its AI models, interface, designs, and underlying technology, is owned by Incomesify LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our technology without express written permission.

"As Is" Basis: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Income Guarantees: Incomesify provides tools and insights to help you monetize your knowledge. We do not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of revenue, achieve any particular result, or that generated content will rank, convert, or perform in any specific way.
AI Limitations: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or errors. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publication or commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Incomesify LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Incomesify in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you have not made any payments.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Incomesify LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service ceases immediately; (b) any unused credits in your account are forfeited unless termination was due to our error; and (c) provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations) shall remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
For disputes under $10,000, either party may elect to resolve the claim through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.
