1. Free Tier

The Free plan includes 10 credits at no cost. Since no payment is required, refunds do not apply. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime.

2. Paid Tiers: Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund on Power ($9.99), Pro ($14.99), or Premium ($24.99) purchases:

  • Request must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase
  • You must have used less than 20% of your purchased credits
  • Refund requests must be submitted via our Contact Page .

Example: If you buy the Pro plan (100 credits), you're eligible for a refund if you've used 19 credits or fewer within 7 days.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not available for:

  • Free tier credits (no payment made)
  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase date
  • Accounts that have used 20% or more of purchased credits
  • Credits that have expired (though our credits never expire by design)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Incomesify account
  2. Go to Account Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Request Refund" or contact us directly at [email protected]
  4. Include your order ID and brief reason (optional but helpful)

We process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

5. Credits After Refund

If your refund is approved:

  • Any unused credits from the refunded purchase will be removed from your account
  • Content generated with refunded credits remains yours to use (per our Terms)
  • You may repurchase credits anytime at current pricing
